Forged as a demonstration for students at Hardy and Fuller, this is made of 1084 high carbon steel. The blade is practically identical to my traditional IntegralUtility knives, but instead of the classic rough forged sides, its been fitted with slim vintage butterscotch Micarta scales, affixed with polished brass tubing.
